• Visitors will be filtering into our city about a week prior to the event
• There will be activities and events planned – a schedule will be released at a later date
• Stock up on groceries, gas, and cash
• Driving through and around town may be difficult – consider this when making doctor appointments, picking up prescriptions, etc.
• Cell phone and internet capabilities may be interrupted
• Landowners in your area may be allowing camping for visitors – “villages” may be busy and crowded
• Incoming and outgoing roads may be congested – plan for alternate routes

This will be a great opportunity for our Businesses; however, it will impact our daily lives.
